STEPS TO WORK

Steps to Work is a flexible approach to assist people who are unemployed or economically inactive to find and sustain employment. It helps individuals find work by offering a wide range of employment and support opportunities. The Training Team at Elle Enterprises will support participants with the following:

Work Experience in a quality Work Placement.

Assistance with Numeracy and Literacy Skills.
Support with Job Search.
Guidance as you undertake Qualifications.
Ongoing individually tailored support from the Training Team.

RURAL DEVELOPMENT

The Rural Development Access 1 Grant is for farmers who have a Farmers ID number who can claim a percentage of their training costs for themselves or their family.

NIACRO

NIACRO is a voluntary organisation which has been working for 35 years to reduce crime and its impact on people and communities. Their aim is to help the re-employment and re-training of offenders to maximise their changes or resettlement into the community.
